I ordered a recliner which was delivered and unfortunately not the right fit for me. I am disabled and was in tears as to what I would do since I had already removed the old one. Mohammed was wonderful! He took the time to set up the exchange and delivery and went to the trouble of finding my replacement chair, going through all of the pros and cons that might apply to me with each chair until I finally decided on his pick. His knowledge of the merchandise was exceptional and I recommend him to anyone looking to shop online or in store! My family and I will be going to Mohammed for all future purchases.
